A Urus that no longer sits level
A car with air suspension that sits lower at one corner after standing is losing air. On a Urus, we trace the loss to the air spring, line or valve block, then replace that part.

The work we carry out on Lamborghini models at our Dubai Investment Park workshop. Open the full details below.
A worn Lamborghini suspension shows 6 signs. On a Urus with air suspension, the car stops sitting level or its compressor struggles to change the height. Any model can also keep moving after a bump, dive or squat, clunk over speed bumps or wear one tyre edge.
A car with air suspension that sits lower at one corner after standing is losing air. On a Urus, we trace the loss to the air spring, line or valve block, then replace that part.
An air suspension compressor that is wearing out is slower to raise the car, or it can no longer raise the car. A burning smell, scorched labels or melted air lines mean the unit has burnt out. On a Urus, we replace a burnt compressor.
Sound dampers stop the body after 1 or 2 smaller rebounds. A body that keeps rising and falling has worn dampers, and its tyres can briefly lose the road. On a Huracán, Aventador or Urus, we replace the worn dampers.
A nose that dips hard under braking, or a tail that squats under power, can mean the dampers no longer hold the body. We fit new dampers on the axle that dives or squats.
Wear in a ball joint or tie-rod end first shows as a knock when the car crosses a speed bump or turns into a corner. Steering that feels slack or stiff comes from the same wear. We fit a new joint where the knock comes from.
A tyre that wears faster on one edge than the other is a clear sign of a worn ball joint. Excess camber leaves the same pattern, so the dampers, ball joints and wishbone bushes all come into question. We replace the worn part behind the wear.
Each Lamborghini suspension job draws on these checks and repairs:
Hybrid models such as the Revuelto, the Temerario and the Urus SE get the same checks and repairs from us.
Lamborghini suspension failure in Dubai has 6 causes. Two act on any car: heat in the dampers and stone chips on the piston rods. Split boots and worn bushes affect the wishbones, and the Urus air suspension adds aged air springs, damp air and damper oil on the bellows.
In August, Dubai International Airport reached 48.8 °C, its highest daily maximum across 1991 to 2020. Uncoated asphalt reaches about 60 °C under the summer sun.
During Lamborghini suspension repair in Dubai, we match the noise or fault to one of these causes and then replace the failed part.
Once we have replaced the worn parts, a Lamborghini gets these results back:
One worn shock absorber can make a 50 km/h stop up to 2 m longer. That comes on top of the 30 m the stop takes in a light passenger car, and sound dampers win it back.
With its front lift in working order, an Aventador S raises its front ground clearance to 155 mm.
A Urus with sealed air springs keeps its whole range of ground clearance, from 158 mm to 248 mm.
On a Urus, working active roll stabilisation decouples the two halves of the anti-roll bar. Body roll stays low on bumpy roads, in a straight line and through corners.
On an Aventador S with sound four-wheel steering, the rear wheels steer against the front wheels at low speeds. At higher speeds, the front and rear wheels share the same steering angle.
On a Urus SE, the Neve, Sabbia and Terra modes are set up for maximum wheel travel and steady ground forces. Healthy air springs and dampers give those modes their traction away from the asphalt.
Airbag suspension repair on a Urus means finding where the adaptive air suspension loses air or stops levelling. We then replace that air spring, line, valve block or compressor. On the Urus SE, pneumatic springs and semi-active dampers sit on multilink front and rear suspension, with a car height adjustment system at both axles.
In Strada, a Urus adapts its height to its speed, and in Sport it sits lower. The Neve, Terra and Sabbia modes raise it for more ground clearance over obstacles.
Our Urus leak search uses a soap and water solution on each air spring, line, fitting and the valve block. The system stays charged during the test. The rolling edge of each bellows, hidden at normal ride height, gets the same check, and we replace the part that leaks.
MagneRide, pushrods and lift systems each change which parts a Lamborghini supercar suspension holds. The Huracán Tecnica uses double wishbones with steel springs and MagneRide electromagnetic damper control. The Aventador S combines pushrod suspension with Lamborghini Magneto-rheological Suspension, and the Revuelto runs semi-active wishbone suspension under Lamborghini Vertical Control.
The Aventador S has new upper and lower arms and wheel carriers, shaped for its rear-wheel steering. The Huracán STO pairs MagneRide 2.0 with its own anti-roll bars and stiffer suspension bushing. The Revuelto selects its lifting system from rotors on the steering wheel, and the Temerario has lift buttons below its drive mode rotor.
We repair the wishbones, pushrods, bushes and dampers on these cars, and order each part for the exact model and version.
We take each Lamborghini through these steps.
We drive the car over speed bumps, through bends and under firm braking to feel for dive, squat, body roll, knocks and pull. A car with a front lift has its nose raised and lowered on the test.
Our diagnostic software pulls the stored codes from the damper, air suspension and steering control units, and the repair follows what each code shows.
On the lift, we look over every arm, bush, boot and damper for cracks, oil and damage. Each ball joint and tie-rod end gets 2 play tests: one with the wheel raised, one with a pry bar.
We measure each corner's height and compare it with Lamborghini's figure for the model. Steel springs that have sagged below it get replaced.
We fit the new dampers, springs, joints, bushes, links or air parts that the checks call for.
We set camber, caster and toe to Lamborghini's figures once the new parts are in. The car then goes out on a second road test, which shows whether the noise or fault has gone.
Send the model and what you feel or hear on WhatsApp, or phone us to book a suspension check.
Three factors decide the cost of Lamborghini suspension repair in Dubai: the failed part, the model's suspension type and the set-up after fitting. A worn bush, a Huracán Tecnica or STO MagneRide damper and a Urus air spring each carry a different cost. We price the job from what our checks find.
A worn ball joint that Lamborghini sells separately gets a new joint alone. When the joint comes built into the wishbone, we replace the complete arm.
We fit new links and bushes to a passive anti-roll bar one part at a time. On a Urus SE, the anti-roll bars are electronically managed, so the active unit is priced as its own job.
Our technicians keep to these methods on every Lamborghini:
We fit dampers in pairs per axle, so the left and right sides of a Huracán, Aventador or Urus damp alike.
Each wishbone is held at ride height before we tighten the bolts that pass through its rubber bushes.
An impact wrench never goes on a piston rod nut, because it can destroy the threads. We bring each nut to its locking torque with a hand torque wrench.
A self-locking nut or bolt is made for one use, so every one we remove from a Lamborghini suspension is replaced.
An old or sticky relay can keep the air compressor running until it fails, so we renew the relay with every new Urus compressor.
On a Urus, we use jack mode where the car offers it. We release the air pressure, including any compressed air tank, before a line comes off. A depressurised Urus never sits fully down on the lift arms.
Our suspension work covers these Lamborghini lines:
Four owner habits keep Lamborghini suspension in Dubai working longer. The habits are raising the car before steep ramps, damper checks at every service, gentle pothole driving and early action on air loss. We back each habit with a check or repair.
On an Aventador S, Revuelto or Temerario, raise the car with the lift before a steep ramp or kerb. The lift raises the front of the car before it meets the edge. We inspect the front suspension of a car that has struck a kerb and repair any damage.
Tyres, brakes and dampers together decide how a car stops, steers and stays stable. During each service we carry out, we check the dampers alongside the tyres and brakes and replace one that fails.
Avoiding overloads and taking potholes with care protect the dampers and the wider suspension. A car that pulls after a pothole strike gets its wishbones and joints checked, and we replace any bent part.
A burned-out air compressor is a common sign of a leak elsewhere in its system. On a Urus that loses air, we repair the leak while the compressor still runs.

No. Our technicians in Dubai Investment Park 2 replace Lamborghini dampers, springs, wishbone joints, bushes and Urus air suspension parts. Recall and campaign work goes to a Lamborghini dealer.
No. Lamborghini fits the Urus Performante with steel springs that lower its chassis by 20 mm, and gives its dampers their own tuning. We repair its springs and dampers as on any steel-sprung car.
Yes. Lamborghini raised the Sterrato's ground clearance by 44 mm over the Huracán EVO to give greater suspension travel. We repair its suspension with the same checks as any Huracán.
Yes. New steering or suspension parts call for an alignment check, adjustable or not. Skipping it lets camber and toe move past the maker's limits, which makes the car pull and wears the tyres and parts early. We align each Lamborghini once its new parts are in.
Call or send a WhatsApp message with your Lamborghini model, its year and what the car is doing, and book it in at our Dubai Investment Park 2 workshop.
