We carry out the items the Lotus maintenance schedule lists for the service due, on every combustion model from the Elise to the Emira.
We drain the oil, renew the filter and pour in the grade Lotus lists for the engine. On an MY22 to MY25 Emira, that grade is SAE 0W/40 for the V6 and SAE 0W/20 for the 4-cylinder.
We repair the 2.0 litre turbo 4-cylinder fitted to the Turbo, 420 Sport and Turbo SE versions of the Emira. The Emira V6 SE, Evora and Exige V6 share one supercharged V6 of 3,456 cc, which we repair as well. Engine rebuilds go to a Lotus dealer.
Lotus gearboxes we service include the 6-speed manual and the automatic of the Emira V6, and the 8-speed DCT of the 4-cylinder Emira. Clutch hydraulics on the Evora, Exige and Elise manual transaxles are part of the same work. Clutch kits and work inside a gearbox go to a Lotus dealer.
We replace dampers, coil springs, wishbone bushes and ball joints, and repair leaks in the 2-chamber air suspension of the Eletre 600 and Emeya. Wheel alignment follows each repair that moves the geometry.
Pads and discs are replaced on the Emira, Evora, Exige and Elise, and on Eletre and Emeya cars with 6-piston brakes. The optional 10-piston ceramic disc brakes of those 2 models go to a Lotus dealer.
We trace and seal AC leaks, fit new compressors with the Lotus running-in procedure and weigh in the refrigerant charge. High-voltage AC parts on the Eletre and Emeya go to a Lotus dealer.
Each 12 V battery is charged and tested before any change. A replacement matches the original in size, cold-start capacity and type, as Lotus sets out for the MY22 to MY25 Emira. On the Eletre and Emeya, high-voltage battery work goes to a Lotus dealer.
A warning on the Lotus driver display leads us to the control unit that stored it. Our tests then cover the sensor and wiring behind that code, and we replace whichever part fails.
The common problems on a Lotus with a Lotus bulletin behind them sit in 6 places. 4 are on the Emira: brake pads, the 4-cylinder thermostat, ball joint covers and the water shield. AC compressors and the manual Evora S clutch master cylinder make up the rest, and each item below gives our fix.
We work on these Lotus lines, with a Lotus type number added where one exists:
Both the Eletre and Emeya run on electric power, with 2 motors and a 2-speed transmission. Classic Lotus cars such as the Esprit and Elan come to us as well.
The service date of an MY26 Lotus Emira in Dubai comes from the "Service due in" countdown on its display, shown in distance and days. Lotus prints the intervals behind it in a Maintenance Record booklet kept apart from the owner's handbook. Lotus warns against resetting the reminder on a car not serviced to that schedule.
Under severe conditions, Lotus moves the oil, transmission fluid and filter changes of an MY22 to MY25 Emira forward. After dust storm driving, Lotus asks for the oil and filter to be renewed as soon as possible.
Every Emira service also includes a Lotus step: clearing loose debris from all 4 wheel speed sensors. We carry out that step, and we reset the reminder after a service that matches the Lotus schedule.
A Lotus service in Dubai at our workshop moves through 5 steps.
An MY22 to MY25 Emira and an MY26 car differ in the 10th VIN digit. We read it first and work from the Lotus data for that build.
We read the stored faults in every control unit and log each message the driver display shows. Each code leads the inspection to a part.
Each fault is compared with the bulletins Lotus has issued for the model. Where Lotus sets a fix, that fix is the one we carry out.
The part at fault is replaced, and the due service items are carried out with the oil and fluids listed for the engine.
We road-test the car and clear the stored faults once the repair holds.
Book by phone or WhatsApp, with the Lotus model and the message on its display.
This is how our Lotus work differs:
Lotus files its service notes by model code: PL for the Elise, PN for the Evora and PK for the Exige S. We work from the notes for the car on the lift.
Each Emira gearbox takes its own fluid, so we identify the gearbox first.
Lotus warns that jump starting an MY26 Emira can damage its electronic controllers. We bring a flat Emira battery back on a charger and test it.
In high heat, the camera and radar units of an MY26 Emira stay off after start-up until they cool. We let them cool before reading their faults, so a heat pause is not taken for a failure.
On the 2026 Emira, Lotus moved the engine thermostat's opening temperature up to 75 °C, from 65 °C before. We fit the thermostat that matches the build of the car.
Recall work, Lotus software updates, ADAS calibration and high-voltage repairs go to a Lotus dealer. We carry out the remaining mechanical and electrical work in DIP 2.
Tell us the model and what it is doing, and we book it in at our Dubai Investment Park 2 workshop. Free pickup and drop-off by our driver comes with a service contract. Every service comes with a free car wash.
Regular servicing keeps small faults from turning into big repairs. Both packages are carried out by certified technicians using genuine or quality parts.
Each package is quoted for your car. Call +971 50 216 0864 with the make and model for an estimate.

No. Our DIP 2 workshop services the Emira, Evora, Exige and Elise to the Lotus schedule. Recalls and Lotus software updates go to a Lotus dealer, along with high-voltage work.
Yes. On both electric models, we test the 12 V battery and work on the brakes and the air suspension. Each runs an 800-volt system, and its high-voltage parts go to a Lotus dealer.
Yes. The 420 Sport runs the Emira's 2.0 litre turbo 4-cylinder at 310 kW and 500 Nm. It sits 5 mm lower on 2-way adjustable dampers. Its 12 V battery is lithium-ion, and we fit lithium-ion again.
The cost of a Lotus service is set by the items due, the engine and its oil, and any worn part the inspection finds. On an MY22 to MY25 Emira, the oil fill with filter is 6.7 litres for the 4-cylinder against 6.0 litres for the V6. We price from the items your car needs.
Call or send a WhatsApp message with your Lotus model, its year and any message on the display, and book it in at our Dubai Investment Park 2 workshop.
