Each scheduled visit covers the inspection and replacement items set for the odometer reading, and we renew any worn part found along the way. A 2025 CT5 is due new wiper blades every 20,000 km, with spark plugs replaced at 90,000 km. The rear axle fluid of a CT5 with a limited-slip differential is changed every 70,000 km.
We empty the sump, change the filter element and pour in the viscosity grade set for the engine. A 2025 CT5 holds 5.0 litres of SAE 0W-20 in its 2.0 litre LSY, against 5.7 litres of 5W-30 in the LGY V6. On a 2023 XT5, the 2.0 litre runs on SAE 0W-20 and the 3.6 litre V6 on SAE 5W-30.
We follow misfires, lifter noise and fluid leaks on Cadillac V8, V6 and turbo 4-cylinder engines back to the failed component and replace it. The 2026 Escalade runs the 6.2 litre L87 V8 of 313 kW or the supercharged 6.2 litre LT4 of 509 kW. A 2025 CT5 has the 2.0 litre LSY turbo of 177 kW or the 3.0 litre LGY twin-turbo V6 of 250 kW.
Gearbox work starts from the stored codes, and we then fix the leaking seal or cooler pipe and renew the fluid and filter. The 2026 Escalade uses DEXRON ULV fluid, changed with its filter every 70,000 km in severe service. Its V-Series transfer case fluid is due every 80,000 km, or every 40,000 km under severe use.
We measure pad and disc wear, renew both at their limit and reset the Brake Pad Life display on a 2025 CT5. Every 2025 CT5 except the J57 Blackwing has pads with built-in wear indicators. The 2026 Escalade runs on DOT 4 fluid, and the 2026 Escalade-V stops on 40 cm rotors.
Worn tie rods, control arm bushes and dampers are replaced, and a wheel and steering alignment closes each job that alters the geometry. On the 2026 Escalade, air suspension gives full-time load levelling and an adjustable ride height, and Magnetic Ride Control, where fitted, damps semi-actively. We refer Magnetic Ride work that needs GM tools to a Cadillac dealer.
After tracing the leak, we replace whichever compressor, condenser or pipe has failed. The refill then follows the refrigerant type and charge printed on the under-bonnet label. The 2026 Escalade and 2026 Lyriq manuals leave both figures to that label.
We check the battery's charge and the alternator output before replacing either, and repair the wire, connector or module behind an electrical fault. On a 2026 Escalade, we choose the new battery from the replacement number shown on the old one's label. A 2019 CT6 hides its AGM battery under the spare tyre, and a 2019 CTS behind the driver-side boot trim.
On the Lyriq, Optiq, Vistiq and Escalade IQ, we service the brakes, tyres, suspension and 12-volt battery. The 2026 Lyriq manual leaves inspection, testing and replacement of the high-voltage battery to a specialist technician. So high-voltage work on every electric Cadillac goes to a Cadillac dealer.
The common problems on a Cadillac involve the engine, gearbox, suspension, steering and airbags. The models range from the Escalade and its 6.2 litre V8 to the CT4, CT5, SRX, ATS and CTS. For each problem, the list gives the models involved and our next step.

The 2023 XT4 runs the 2.0 litre LSY alone, while the 2023 XT5 and XT6 also offer a 231 kW LGX V6 of 3.6 litres. In 2019 Middle East form, the CTS-V carries the 6.2 litre LT4 and the ATS-V a 3.6 litre twin-turbo LF4. The 2026 Lyriq-V and Vistiq and the Optiq-V ride on Continuous Damping Control.
The Cadillac service schedule in Dubai rests on the oil life system plus a fixed step. On a 2026 Escalade, a fresh oil and filter go in within 1,000 km of CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON, and at least every 12 months. Tyre rotation and the required services fall every 10,000 km.
The 2023 XT4, XT5 and XT6 and the 2026 Lyriq keep that 10,000 km step. The 2019 ATS, CTS, CT6 and XTS manuals set it at 12,000 km, and the 2025 CT5 manual prints both figures. After each rotation on a 2026 Escalade, Cadillac has every TPMS sensor code matched to its new wheel position.
Severe service on the 2026 Escalade covers a car driven mostly in dense, hot city traffic, or one kept in sand or dust. Its oil life system does not detect dust, so dusty driving can bring the oil change forward of 10,000 km.
On that Escalade, a new cabin filter is fitted every 10,000 km, unless 12 months pass first. Spark plugs follow at 150,000 km on the L87 and 90,000 km on the LT4. We reset its Oil Life display after each oil change, as the display does not reset itself.
Cadillac jobs in our workshop run through 5 steps, starting with a scan and ending on the road.
We note each warning and message on the instrument display, then scan every module for stored codes.
On the lift, the drive shaft joints, the transfer case, the rear suspension links and the gearbox get a close look for wear and seepage.
Each code is tested against live data and a circuit check, which narrows it to one failed part.
The replacement goes in, together with the service items that the car's distance calls for.
A road test follows, and a second scan of the modules confirms that no code returns.

On a 2026 Escalade, the eighth VIN character is the engine code: L for the L87 and 9 for the LT4. We read it before choosing the oil, spark plugs or parts.
A 2025 CT5-V Blackwing carries a serial plate on the lower steering wheel, coded 6 for the 6-speed manual or 1 for the 10-speed automatic. We check that code before any gearbox fluid or part goes in.
We check each Cadillac against the models and build ranges listed in recall notices by the Emirati, Saudi and Qatari ministries. Where a recall is still open, the car goes to a Cadillac dealer.
Intervals, oil grades and fluids come from the Middle East owner's manual that matches the car's build, from the 2019 editions to 2026. We never carry one Cadillac's figures over to another.
Between June and October, each day at Dubai airport reached 30 °C or more across the 1991 to 2020 records. Rising sand is logged there in all 12 months. So at each Cadillac service we check the radiator fans, the AC condenser and the engine air filter, and renew the one that fails.
We send driver-assistance sensor calibration, any engine or gearbox rebuild and work that needs GM special tools to a Cadillac dealer. Servicing and the remaining repairs stay with us.

The engine, the service step due and the parts decide the cost of a Cadillac service in Dubai. The 6.2 litre LT4 of a 2025 CT5-V Blackwing takes 8.5 litres of SAE 0W-40, against 5.0 litres for the 2.0 litre LSY. A later step adds items such as the 90,000 km spark plugs.
Yes. The 2026 Escalade has an AGM 12-volt battery and Stop/Start, and Cadillac states that a standard battery reduces 12-volt battery life. We fit an AGM battery and charge it on an AGM setting, which limits charge voltage to 14.8 volts.
No. A 2025 CT5-V Blackwing with J57 has carbon ceramic rotors, which Cadillac has inspected at every pad change and weighed against their marked wear-out mass. We refer that brake work to a Cadillac dealer and service the rest of the car.
The 2026 Escalade takes full synthetic oil to the dexos specification: SAE 0W-20 in the L87 and SAE 0W-40 in the supercharged LT4. Its manual gives a capacity of 7.6 litres, filter included. We refill to that grade and amount at each oil change.
On a 2026 Escalade, REPLACE AT NEXT OIL CHANGE means the engine air filter is due with the next oil change. REPLACE ENGINE AIR FILTER SOON asks for a fresh filter at the earliest convenience. We fit the new filter when either message shows.
