We carry out the scheduled items due at the car's distance, from filters to fluids, and replace any part that fails its check. The Q50 (V37) manual's figures outside Europe give its VR30DDTT engine 8.8 litres of Infiniti's blue coolant, plus 3.2 litres in a separate intercooler circuit.
That Q50 runs on iridium-tipped spark plugs, which Infiniti rules out cleaning or re-gapping for reuse. So we fit new plugs whenever they fall due.
Every Infiniti oil change in our workshop pairs a new filter with the grade set for that engine. For the VR30DDTT of a Q50 (V37), the manual's column outside Europe recommends 0W-20 to API SM or SN, or ILSAC GF-4 or GF-5. That engine holds 4.8 litres with the filter in 2WD form and 5.4 litres with 4WD.
Oil and coolant leaks, misfires and turbo faults on Infiniti engines are traced to the failed part, which we replace. The 2025 QX80 runs the VR35DDTT, a 3.5 litre twin-turbo V6 of 450 hp and 700 Nm. The QX60 (L51) uses a 3.5 litre VQ35DD V6.
The QX50 and QX55 share the KR20DDET, a 2.0 litre VC-Turbo. In the QX50, its multi-link system varies the compression ratio from 8:1 to 14:1.
We inspect Infiniti gearboxes for leaks and stored codes, repair the seal or sensor behind the fault and refill with the specified fluid. The 2025 QX80 and the QX60 (L51) shift through 9-speed automatics, while the QX55 uses a CVT with Intelligent AWD.
The 7-speed automatic of a VR30DDTT Q50 (V37) takes Matic S fluid, which Infiniti says not to mix with other fluids. Its differential takes GL-5 80W-90 oil in the manual's figures outside Europe.
Pads and discs are measured for wear, and we renew the ones at their limit along with the brake fluid. A Q50 (V37) warns of worn pads with a high-pitched scraping sound, first heard when the brake pedal is pressed. Its manual's figures outside Europe give DOT 3 brake fluid.
The Q50 Red Sport 400 brakes with 4-piston front and 2-piston rear calipers. The QX60 (L51) has ventilated discs front and rear.
We replace worn dampers, springs, bushes and ball joints, then align the wheels after any repair that moves the geometry. The QX60 (L51) rides on struts at the front and a multi-link rear. The QX80 (Z62) pairs double wishbones at both ends with Hydraulic Body Motion Control.
We align the steering with the wheels and replace worn tie rods and steering joints. The Q50 (V37) and the 2024 QX50 use Direct Adaptive Steering. It sets steering force and angle from the road speed and the turn of the wheel.
On a Q50 (V37), the power assist stops when the power steering warning lights with the engine running. Direct Adaptive Steering work that needs Infiniti tools goes to an Infiniti dealer.
Our technicians locate the AC leak and renew the part that failed, from a hose to the compressor, before charging the refrigerant by weight. For the Q50 (V37), the manual's figures outside Europe give R-134a, with PAG compressor oil for the VR30DDTT engine.
We test the battery and the charging output, then trace an electrical fault to the wire, sensor or module that failed and repair it. A Q50 (V37) with Stop/Start takes a battery built for that system, with enhanced charge and discharge capacity, and that is the type we fit.
Infiniti's common problems sit in the QX50 and QX55 engine bearings and QX60 CVT judder. QX80 gearbox shifts, Q50 steering, the propeller shaft and a QX50 rear knuckle complete the list. Each line names the affected cars and our next step.

The new QX80 was first shown to the Middle East at a Dubai event in November 2024. The QX55 reached the region's showrooms in February 2022 as the successor to the FX.
The 2026 QX60 brought the first QX60 SPORT grade to the region. Infiniti has revealed the 2027 QX65, a 2-row, 5-seat SUV with a 268 hp 2.0 litre VC-Turbo and a 9-speed automatic.
An Infiniti service in Dubai covers the scheduled maintenance items that Infiniti lists in a separate maintenance booklet. Infiniti Middle East treats those services as the minimum for cars in the GCC. They follow the owner's manual and the maintenance section of the Customer Information Booklet.
On a Q50 (V37), the display carries maintenance indicators for the engine oil and filter, the tyres and other items. Each indicator appears when a time or distance set by the owner comes up, and the owner can set or reset it. We reset the oil and filter indicator once the new oil is in.
The Q50 (V37) manual adds tyre rotation for 4WD and AWD cars with one tyre size front and rear. On an AWD QX60, QX50 or QX55, tyres mismatched in size, brand or tread cause noise or judder like a rear differential fault. So we check the tyres first and fit matching sets before any differential work.

The QX80 (Z62) runs a 5.6 litre VK56VD V8 with a 7-speed automatic, and the 2025 QX80 replaced that engine and gearbox. We confirm the generation from the chassis number, so each part suits the car in the bay.
A Q50 (V37) with Stop/Start carries a main and an auxiliary battery, and its engine does not start when either one is flat. Our battery test covers both before one is replaced.
On a Q50 (V37), wheels or tyres outside Infiniti's recommendation can upset Direct Adaptive Steering and light the power steering warning. We fit the wheel and tyre sizes Infiniti lists for the car.
Infiniti cures a lugging or judder at highway speed on a slight incline in the QX60 (L51) with new ECM software. We match the stored code to that fix and pass the car to an Infiniti dealer for the update.
Dubai airport has recorded an August high of 48.8 °C, and summer pavement in Sharjah reaches 60 °C. In that heat, we clean the AC condenser and check the cooling fans and coolant level at every Infiniti service, renewing any part that fails.
An Infiniti dealer calibrates driver-assistance cameras and radar, rebuilds engines and gearboxes and takes any job calling for Infiniti special tools. Servicing and the other repairs stay in our workshop.

Yes. Earlier lines such as the FX, QX70, G35, G37 and Q70 come to our workshop as well. The FX35 carries a 3.5 litre V6 and the FX45 a 4.5 litre V8, and the QX70 and FX line offered Rear Active Steer. Every Q70 engine drives through a 7-speed automatic.
No. The 2025 QX80 pairs electronic air springs with Dynamic Digital Suspension dampers, and the system lowers the car in Park and at cruising speed. Air suspension work that needs Infiniti tools goes to an Infiniti dealer. Its brakes, oil service and other repairs stay with us.
