A minor service renews the oil and filter. On Chevrolet's UAE schedule for the 2020 to 2024 Corvette, a major service adds the engine air and cabin filters at 20,000 km. New spark plugs fall due at 150,000 km on a 2024 car, and we fit them.
The LT2 of a 2024 Stingray or E-Ray runs on SAE 0W-40. The 2024 Z06's LT6 takes SAE 5W-50 that meets GM's Performance Engine Oil specification. Before draining, we idle the engine for about 20 seconds so the oil returns to the dry sump tank.
A naturally aspirated LT2 6.2 litre V8 sits behind the Stingray's driver, and the Z06 runs a flat-plane crank 5.5 litre LT6. We repair oil leaks, misfires, lifter faults and overheating on both.
On a 2024 Stingray, E-Ray or Z06, we read the dual-clutch codes and check the casing and cooler lines for leaks. Fluid, canister filter and level work on that gearbox goes to a Chevrolet dealer.
We change pads and discs on the J55 brakes of a Stingray Z51 and the J56 brakes of a Z06. That Z06 set has 6 pistons at the front and 4 at the rear. The E-Ray comes with carbon ceramic brakes as standard, and that work goes to a Chevrolet dealer.
Worn dampers, control arms, ball joints and bushes are replaced here, Magnetic Selective Ride Control 4.0 dampers included. GM's track alignment for a 2024 Corvette wears tyres hard, so after a track day we return the wheels to road settings.
We find the leak and renew the leaking hose, seal, condenser or compressor. The circuit is then refilled to the refrigerant type shown on the 2024 Corvette's under-bonnet label.
We load-test the 12-volt battery, read the charging output and renew a battery that tests weak. The 12-volt battery of a 2024 E-Ray is lithium-ion and needs GM's lithium-ion charger, so it goes to a Chevrolet dealer.
We repair the failed sensor, wire or module behind each electrical fault. On a 2024 Corvette, a fault in the tyre pressure monitor also makes Performance Traction Management unavailable, and we replace the failed sensor.
Common Corvette problems are lifter faults on the LT1, LT4 and LT2 V8s and an 8-speed shudder. Qatar's ministry has also recalled Corvettes over gearbox programming, airbags and seat belts. Each item below names the cars, the fault and our step.

The Z06 makes 670 hp, and the ZR1 draws 1,064 HP from its twin-turbo LT7. Due as a 2027 model, the Grand Sport carries a 6.7 litre LS6 rated at 535 hp.

A Corvette service in Dubai is due once a 2024 Corvette displays CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON. From that message on, Chevrolet allows 1,000 km before the oil and filter change. Its UAE schedule for the 2020 to 2024 automatic Corvette also puts the oil and filter on every 10,000 km step.
The 2024 Corvette also shows the remaining life of its engine air filter, gearbox fluid and gearbox canister filter. Chevrolet changes that filter first at 10,000 km and then every 30,000 km, with fresh fluid at 70,000 km.
On the 2024 Corvette, Chevrolet counts mostly dense, hot city traffic and high-speed or competition use as severe service. Its severe chart adds a front drive unit fluid change at 70,000 km on the E-Ray. With Dubai summer highs near 41.8 °C, we change the oil at the display's call or the 10,000 km step, whichever comes first.

We note the oil, air filter, fluid and canister filter life shown on the cluster, then read the codes in every module.
Halfshafts, boots, brake lines, dampers and exhaust heat shields get a check for leaks, cracks and loose parts.
Every code is followed by a test of the circuit or component behind it until the failed part is found.
The failed part is replaced, and the items due at this distance are completed with the fluids Chevrolet lists for the engine.
We reset the oil and air filter life displays, erase the stored codes and road-test the car in the drive mode where the fault showed.
Our Corvette method differs from a general service in the ways below.
Grades, intervals and procedures come from the 2024 Corvette Middle East owner's manual and Chevrolet's UAE schedule pages. That manual calls for 95 RON petrol or higher, and we trace a heavy knock on that fuel to its cause and repair it.
Every Corvette in our bays is checked in the ministry recall lists of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. A campaign still open means a Chevrolet dealer does that repair.
Chevrolet clears a 2024 Z06, an E-Ray with the ZER package and a Stingray with the Z51 package for track events. Before a track day and again before the road, we tighten the wheel nuts to GM's torque figure.
For the track, Chevrolet allows a high performance brake fluid with a dry boiling point above 310 °C in a 2024 Corvette. On J55 and J56 cars, we drain it and refill with GM's specified fluid before the car returns to public roads.
Chevrolet has the engine air filter housing of a 2024 Z06 or E-Ray inspected and cleared of debris. Rising sand reaches Dubai on about 17.7 days annually, and we clear the housing at each service.
E-Ray high-voltage and front drive unit work and the calibration of driver-assist sensors go to a Chevrolet dealer. Engine and gearbox rebuilds and jobs that call for GM special tools go there too.

The cost of a Corvette service in Dubai follows the model, the items due at its km reading and any worn parts the inspection finds. Oil volume counts too: the LT2 of a 2024 Stingray or E-Ray holds 7.1 litres. Work passed to a Chevrolet dealer is charged by the dealer.

No. A 2024 Corvette has no spare tyre, no tyre-changing equipment and no space to store one. It can have run-flat tyres from new, and we replace a damaged tyre with one of the same type and size.
Yes. Chevrolet's UAE schedule gives the 2014 and 2015 Corvette brake fluid at 40,000 km and spark plugs at 80,000 km. Its 2016 to 2019 manual and automatic cars get rear axle fluid at 70,000 km and plugs at 90,000 km.
Yes. A 2024 Corvette can use more oil on the track than on the road, and Chevrolet asks for the level checked during track events. After a track day, we read the oil level with the engine warm and top it up to the mark.
