Rolls-Royce major and minor service
Minor and major services take in whatever falls due on the car. We carry out each item, and the schedule section further down shows how the car sets them.
Expert care for the Cullinan, Ghost and Phantom. OEM parts, and up to 35% off on repairs.

Tell us what the car needs and how to reach you. A service advisor will call you back to talk through the work.
The seven jobs Rolls Royce owners book most, each with its own page. Open the full details below for everything else we do on the Rolls Royce range.
Rolls-Royce service in Dubai at our workshop spans the 9 systems shown here. The page for each job holds its full detail.
Minor and major services take in whatever falls due on the car. We carry out each item, and the schedule section further down shows how the car sets them.
We drain the V12, fit a new filter and refill it with the oil listed for its engine code. A first-generation Ghost or a Wraith takes 11 litres.
Our V12 work covers the N74L and N74N engines of RR11, RR12, RR21, RR22 and RR31 cars. Jobs run from coolant messages and misfires to oil leaks and turbochargers.
We change the oil of the eight-speed automatic and repair gearbox faults, plus the all-wheel-drive driveline of the Ghost and Cullinan. An internal gearbox rebuild goes to a Rolls-Royce dealer.
We replace dampers, air struts, compressors, arms and joints, then align the wheels after the work. Calibration of the Flagbearer cameras stays with a Rolls-Royce dealer.
We replace pads, discs and callipers and renew the brake fluid. Brake recall work goes to a Rolls-Royce dealer.
We find and seal AC leaks, replace the failed part and charge the circuit by weight. High-voltage climate work on a Spectre is referred to a Rolls-Royce dealer.
Our battery test covers the 12 V battery and the charging circuit, and a battery that fails is replaced, a Spectre's included. The Spectre's high-voltage battery is dealer work.
A Check Control message sends us to the control unit that logged it. We follow the fault from there to the sensor, cable or unit at fault and repair that part.
A Rolls-Royce in the GCC has 6 known faults that a ministry recall or a Rolls-Royce bulletin documents. They sit in the V12 oil cooler line, the coolant level message, a water pump, rear seat-belt bolts, the cluster glass and airbag sensor software. We check each car against them by model code.
We service and repair the Rolls-Royce lines below, each with the code Rolls-Royce gives it:
Phantom Series II, a light-touch update of the eighth generation, arrived in 2022. Cullinan Series II followed in 2024 and Spectre Series II in June 2026, and our workshop takes all 3.
A Rolls-Royce falls due for service when its Condition Based Service data says so. On the Ghost and Wraith, Rolls-Royce lists 5 such items: oil and filter, brake fluid, microfilter, spark plugs and air filter. Each is done once CBS shows it due or advises it.
The car saves its current service status in the ignition key. For MY15 Ghost and Wraith cars, Rolls-Royce cut the Rest of World interval to 15,000 km or 12 months, to curb low oil messages.
We read the CBS items from the car, carry out the due ones and reset each item once its work is done.
Each Rolls-Royce goes from a full read-out at the start to a road test at the end.
We note the service items due, the stored faults of each control unit and every Check Control message on the display.
Each stored code is followed to the sensor, wire, part or software behind it. A software cause goes to a Rolls-Royce dealer.
We replace the failed part and complete the due items using the oils and fluids listed for that engine and gearbox.
After the work, we clear the stored faults and drive the car in the conditions that produced the complaint.

What sets our Rolls-Royce work apart, from the first code read:
Of the first-generation Ghost (RR4), its successor kept just the Spirit of Ecstasy mascot and the door umbrellas. We order every part against the model code read from the car.
GCC recall notices name each Rolls-Royce by model and model date, such as the 2018 Phantom. We compare the car with them before a repair begins.
Spectre carries triple the sender-receiver signals of any earlier Rolls-Royce. Our read-out covers its 12 V and chassis control units.
The second-generation Ghost, the Cullinan and the Spectre steer their rear wheels as well as the front. We read the chassis control units after every suspension or steering job and repair a stored fault.
Black Badge Wraith and Ghost cars have their own air-suspension set-up and drive shafts, and the Black Badge Cullinan an uprated braking system. Parts for these cars come from the Black Badge listing.

Yes. We service the Spectre's 12 V battery, brakes, tyres and suspension. It is the first fully electric Rolls-Royce, with a 102 kWh battery under the floor. That high-voltage system goes to a Rolls-Royce dealer, as does the Saudi recall of 2024 Spectres over the e-motor ground cable.
Yes. We work on Black Badge versions of the Ghost, Wraith, Dawn and Cullinan. Rolls-Royce launched Black Badge on the Wraith and Ghost in 2016 and added the Dawn in 2017. The Cullinan completed the family in November 2019.
No. Rolls-Royce service in Dubai at our workshop covers the CBS items and repairs on every line in our models list. Recalls, software updates and gearbox rebuilds are the exceptions, and we refer those to a Rolls-Royce dealer.
The price follows the items CBS lists as due, the engine and gearbox of the car and any worn part we find. A V12 car takes engine oil and spark plugs, while a Spectre has neither, so its service covers fewer items.
Call or send a WhatsApp message with your Rolls Royce model, its year and any message on the display, and book it in at our Dubai Investment Park 2 workshop.
