We carry out the checks and replacements listed for the car's current step of Chrysler's 2021 Middle East schedule. Every step includes a battery condition check with clean terminals and an A/C leak check. Pads, discs and callipers get an inspection, and each wheel nut is tightened to its torque again.
The sump is emptied and the filter replaced, and we refill to the grade and volume in the car's Middle East manual. In the 2015 edition, a 3.6 litre 300 holds 5.6 litres of oil, SAE 5W-20 to Chrysler standard MS-6395. A 2015 300 SRT takes 6.6 litres of full synthetic SAE 0W-40 to MS-12633, with the filter.
We trace a misfire, an oil leak or a coolant loss on a Chrysler engine back to its cause and renew the faulty part. The 2015 Middle East 300 came with a 3.6 litre of 186 kW or a 5.7 litre of 254 kW.
The 2015 300 SRT has a 6.4 litre of 362 kW and 644 Nm. On the 300C (LX), the PentaStar Classic 3.6 litre carries sales code ERB.
Each gearbox job opens with a fluid leak check. We then renew the failed seal, line or sensor and set the fluid level. Chrysler's 2017 Middle East release for the 300 lists the TorqueFlite eight-speed as standard on every model.
The Pacifica (RU) uses the 948TE nine-speed automatic. On a 2015 all-wheel-drive 300, the transfer case and the front differential get the same leak check.
We replace pads and discs worn to their limit and bleed in new brake fluid. The 2015 Middle East manual for the 300 calls for DOT 3 fluid to SAE J1703. Where DOT 3 is unavailable, the manual accepts DOT 4.
Worn shock absorbers, bushes, ball joints and track rods come out, and we align the wheels with the steering wheel centred afterwards. A 2015 300 SRT lets the driver pick Track, Sport or Street suspension, with Track the firmest.
We locate and seal A/C leaks, change a compressor or condenser that has failed, and recharge with the refrigerant fitted to that car. A 2015 Middle East 300 carries R-134a or HFO-1234yf with PAG compressor oil, and a 2015 Grand Voyager carries R-134a.
A 300 can be low on refrigerant with no leak in sight. Our next step is a bubble test of its charge-port valves with POE oil, and a valve that leaks is replaced.
We load-test the battery and check the alternator, and the replacement matches the battery type shown on the label. Stellantis keeps the Intelligent Battery Sensor on the new battery, though the sensor can need a fresh state-of-charge adaptation.
A 2015 300 holds its battery under a cover in the boot, with remote terminals under the bonnet for a jump start.
We follow a warning lamp or a dead circuit back to the failed wire, sensor or module, then repair or replace it. A Pacifica 3.6 litre with stop/start (code ERC) adds an auxiliary battery to that system. The messages "Stop/Start Required Fault Detected" and "Service Auto Start/Stop" lead us to test that battery first.
The common Chrysler problems in the GCC each trace to a recall or a Stellantis bulletin. They involve the alternator, airbag inflators, cruise control and park functions, plus the fire extinguisher handle and the Pacifica brake booster. Qatar and Saudi Arabia issued the recalls, and each item ends with our next step.

Chrysler's 2018 Middle East manuals code the 300 as LX and the Pacifica as RU. The full 2019 Pacifica line-up reached Middle East showrooms as the Touring L, Touring L Plus and Limited. The 2015 Middle East Grand Voyager pairs a 3.6 litre of 150 kW with a six-speed automatic.
A Chrysler service in Dubai follows Chrysler's 2021 Middle East schedule, which counts in kilometres and months and opens at 5,000 km or 3 months. The next visit falls due on 10,000 km or 6 months, then every further 10,000 km or 6 months until 100,000 km restarts the cycle.
Engine oil and filter are swapped at each visit, and brake fluid is renewed every 50,000 km or after 24 months. Fresh coolant goes in at 100,000 km or after 60 months. SRT cars follow Schedule B, with a visit every 5,000 km.
On a 2015 300, the "Oil Change Required" message works from the engine's duty cycle, which lets the oil interval shift with driving style. We find each car's step from its kilometres and months and complete every item that step lists.

We take each car's oil grade, fluid type and interval from its own Chrysler Middle East manual and schedule, never from another market's book. A 2015 Grand Voyager, for one, takes ATF+4 and no other gearbox fluid.
Each Chrysler is compared with the recalls announced by the Qatari and Saudi commerce ministries. A car still open on a campaign goes to a Chrysler dealer for that work.
For a car driven in desert, or half the time at high speed in air above 35 °C, Stellantis sets oil every 3,000 km. We set the next oil change by how and where the car is driven.
Stellantis treats a burnt smell from the 8-speed fluid of a 300 (LX) as normal and no reason to replace the gearbox. We let the stored codes, not the smell, decide which gearbox part we replace.
A 2015 300 SRT calls for a brake bleed after each track event and a thermal burnish of new pads and discs before track use. We carry out both for owners who take the car on track.
We pass hybrid and high-voltage work on the Pacifica plug-in hybrid to a Chrysler dealer, with driver-assistance calibration and engine or gearbox rebuilds. Software updates and jobs needing Chrysler special tools go the same way.

The 2015 Middle East manual for the 300 requires SAE 5W-20 in the 5.7 litre, or its Fuel Saver Technology can work improperly. That system shuts off 4 of the 8 cylinders at light load and cruise. We fill 6.6 litres of 5W-20 with the new filter.
No. Chrysler's 2021 Middle East schedule lists the 8 and 9-speed fluid and filter as lifetime fluid, inspected and replaced when required. A NAG1 gearbox is the exception, with its own replacement step. We check the fluid for leaks and condition at each service and renew it when that check shows a need.
Yes. The 2015 300 SRT runs semi-metallic brake pads, which leave more dust and can squeal slightly. On an SRT that squeals, we check pad wear and disc condition, then replace the parts that are worn.
Yes. We service the brakes and suspension of the Pacifica Hybrid (RU). It pairs a 3.6 litre V6 Hybrid engine (EH3) with an eFlite Si-eVT transmission (DFQ). Its hybrid and high-voltage work goes to a Chrysler dealer.
Yes. In 2018, Qatar recalled 200 C cars from 2012 to 2013 over the occupant restraint controller. A 2015 Qatar recall covers 2014 to 2015 200C cars for an engine ignition and transmission software update. We service the 200, and one still open on either recall goes to a Chrysler dealer.
